At Sampangi, we are committed to delivering quality handwoven apparel with care and love. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

  • Customized or altered items are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed in case of size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and courier it to the return address we provide.
